Hello Reception Class. I loved seeing some of the webs you made yesterday.
Bob has included a new challenge for you today. He has also chosen a new act of kindness for you to follow during Lent.
Some of you have been enjoying daily phonics sessions on YouTube each day. It follows the same scheme that we use at school. If you google Ruth Miskin Read Write Inc help during school closure it will explain the different lessons and the different times.
When I was in school today Miss Huntley set a challenge of trying to send a mouse to the moon. Since it is getting close to the time for Bob to go back home to his planet I thought you might like to try out this activity. If you google rocket mice it will show you a website from STEM. You could have a competition with your family to see who can make the mouse fly the longest distance.
Don’t forget to keep active I took part in Oti Mabuse’s kids dance class today. They are being streamed to her Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts at 11:30am every day until at least 30th March. The classes are saved onto Mabuse’s YouTube page after the livestream has finished, so they can still be enjoyed even if you aren’t available at the exact start time. We might find some budding Strictly stars!!
Don’t forget to send me some photographs of what you are doing. I’ve been really enjoying seeing all the fun things you are doing.
Love from Mrs Groark xx
