Have a look at the selection of delicious hot food available every day in school. The menus run on a three weekly rota and have a huge selection for even the fussiest eaters. If you want to change your child’s meal pattern, please contact the school office.

On Wednesday we had a visit from Seaham’s Deputy Mayor Sue Morrison. The children asked lots of questions (from what inspired you to become a Mayor? to what is your favourite football club?). The children all now have a better understanding of the Mayor’s role in Seaham.

The children in Year 1 worked in groups to play ‘Material Snap’. They looked around the room for something that is made from the material card they picked. The children then created their own song all about materials to the tune Fere Jacques.

Today, we created an algorithm (a precise set of instructions or rules to achieve an outcome or solve a problem) to instruct a pretend robot (Mrs Kharko) to make a jam sandwich.
