So today, if you haven’t had a chance, I would like you to finish off your space project please.

You need to log into Google Classroom to access your work. Remember if you aren’t sure how to do this then please email Mr Graham.

In English we are going to remind ourselves what expanded noun phrases are. There are some videos on BBC Bitesize and I have added a google slides which gives you some activity suggestions as well. IT HAS AUDIO BUTTONS ON BUT THEY WON’T WORK – don’t worry, you won’t need them.

The final White Rose lesson for the week looks at adding decimals in columns. I think you are all ok with this without the video but if you want to watch the video you can do. The worksheets I have included have one star, two or three. It’s like a chilli challenge so you can choose. Only do ONE!!

Finally a little bit of RE. We are going to start thinking about Pentecost. To begin with, let’s just do a little vocabulary work. Look up in a dictionary or google the word ‘transform’ What does it mean? What does the word ‘energy’ mean? We and the world we live in are full of energy which can be transformed to good use for us and the natural world. Investigate and record ways energy or power is used in your home. Include a list of ways in which energy could be saved. Can you go on an energy hunt around your house? Present your ideas however you like.
