St. Cuthbert's Catholic Primary School Seaham
In our Geography lessons Year 1 have been looking at maps. We have looked especially at maps around our school area. Today we enlisted the help of Year 4 as Mrs Groark set us a Christmas challenge. On our maps there were 9 different stars around our school grounds. We had to locate the stars and at each point there was a Christmas picture. We had to decide what letter the picture started with and record it on our sheet. Once we had collected all 9 letters we had to work out what the word was. Well done to both classes who worked so well to discover the word was Christmas!
