Over the last two weeks, children have been using different media types to create artwork linking to the stories they read.
Firstly, the children read The Leaf Thief then created their own autumnal leaves using chalk, learning how to blend.
This week, children read Leaf Man and found that leaves go wherever the wind blows. Children then rolled up their sleeves and created autumn coloured hand prints which were then turned into leaves. Along with their chalk leaves, they will be joined together to create autumnal wreaths.
