A visit from our School Governors

This morning, two of our school governors visited to speak in our assembly about their roles as a governors. We had all heard of them before but we weren’t really sure of their actual roles. We learnt about what they do for our school, how they help Mrs Noble and what other jobs they may also have because we learnt that a role as a governor is voluntary and you do it because you care about the school and the children. It was interesting to hear about the different types of governors there in one team within our school.

We look forward to seeing our school governors more around school, at Mass and within our local community.
